Parking starts at 5:00pm on Friday April 5, 2024 and all vehicles must be moved from the parking lot by 6:00pm on Monday April 8, 2024. If available, $50 for day parking on Monday April 8th from 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Standard size vehicles only. Camper's, RV's, or other towable vehicles are not permitted.

Sky Thunder Fireworks Vincennes Location. We have 100 parking spots available at $40 per day with restrooms available on site. Come watch the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse with us!  Pre-Pay Parking available, restroom facilities available on site, food and eclipse glasses available for purchase.

Here are some totally FREE place to park if you are driving in just for the day to view the eclipse. These places DO NOT INCLUDE amenities, bathrooms, food, trash cans, etc.

• Knox County Courthouse at 111 N 7^th St, Vincennes
• Courthouse Annex at 620 Busseron, Vincennes
• Gravel lot at 8^th and Busseron
• Bethany Christian Church parking lot

• No Weapons/Firearms.
• No fires at individual sites.
• NO ONE ALLOWED ON ANY BALL FIELDS.
  • Ballfields are off limits completely.
• Generators are allowed.
• Pets allowed ONLY within camper/parking spot area. 
• (Clean up after animal) MUST BE MAINTAINED ON A LEASH!! 
• No Alcohol / No smoking within the grandstand and area of the diamonds.
• 30 minutes before the eclipse begins- all generators, lights & music must be shut off to enhance the eclipse experience.

Make a reservations to work in a reserved area with other professionals and hobbyists away from the crowds. Ages 15 and up.

Book your tailgating spot today for the 2024 eclipse camping site at the Knox County Fair Grounds! These spots are just $40/day in a spacious area that will be the perfect spot to view the eclipse and is located just 15 minutes from Vincennes, Indiana.

High Pointe Golf Course will be offering parking at our facility for a $20 fee. We will have available for purchase several food items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, fountain drinks as well as alcoholic beverages. Restrooms are available in the pavilion as well as the clubhouse and two restrooms out on the course. Plenty of seating in the pavilion, gazebo and outside the clubhouse not to mention 109 acres for viewing pleasure.

Please bring lawn chairs, blankets, eclipse glasses (we have a limited supply available) for your viewing pleasure. We look forward to being a place where memories will be made on April 8, 2024!!
